Our return policy

Given the vintage characteristics of our items, we do not accept returns.

Only if your purchase does not match the description, we accept returns and refund the amount of your order (excluding shipping costs).

Here are the return conditions:

- returned items must be in the same condition as when shipped

 - in the event of an item being returned with a defect that was not present at the time of shipment, we will not accept the return

 - the return costs are your responsibility

 - the period cannot exceed 14 days between receipt of your package and your return

 - consider franking your package with a tracking number; if the package does not reach us and you do not have proof of postage and tracking, we will not be able to refund you.
