ALFINTAGE specializes in the sale of vintage and second-hand clothing, footwear, and fashion accessories.
2. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by ALFINTAGE.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
3. PRODUCTS
The products offered are vintage and second-hand items.
Due to their nature, they may show slight traces of wear related to their age or prior use.
These characteristics do not constitute defects and are an integral part of the unique character of the items sold.
Photographs and descriptions are made with the greatest possible care to accurately reflect the condition of the items.
4. PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
ALFINTAGE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Delivery costs are indicated before the final validation of the order.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments can be made using the payment methods offered on the site.
ALFINTAGE reserves the right to refuse any order that presents a risk of fraud or requires additional verification.
6. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the customer.
Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
ALFINTAGE cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to:
carriers;
customs authorities;
events beyond its control.
7. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country.
These costs remain exclusively the responsibility of the customer.
ALFINTAGE cannot be held responsible for additional delays or costs related to customs formalities.
8. TRANSFER OF RISKS
The risks associated with the product are transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
In case of loss or damage during transport, ALFINTAGE will assist the customer in their efforts with the carrier but cannot be held responsible for the carrier's faults.
9. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
As items sold by ALFINTAGE are unique vintage and second-hand pieces, sales are considered final.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for:
size error;
change of mind;
personal preference;
slight traces of wear compatible with the vintage condition of the product.
However, a refund or commercial solution may be offered in case of:
shipping error attributable to ALFINTAGE;
major non-conformity between the received item and its description.
Any complaint must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package.
10. LEGAL GUARANTEES
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer benefits from:
the legal guarantee of conformity;
the guarantee against hidden defects.
These guarantees apply in accordance with current legal provisions.
11. LIABILITY
ALFINTAGE cannot be held responsible for:
site interruptions;
cases of force majeure;
indirect damages;
delivery delays attributable to carriers or customs.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the ALFINTAGE website (texts, photographs, logo, visual identity, videos, and graphic elements) remains the exclusive property of ALFINTAGE.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.
13. PERSONAL DATA
The information collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the customer has a right to:
access;
rectification;
erasure;
opposition;
restriction of processing.

14. CONSUMER MEDIATION
In case of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact ALFINTAGE to seek an amicable solution.
Failing agreement, the customer may freely resort to a consumer mediator in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
15. APPLICABLE LAW
These General Conditions are subject to French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
ARTICLE 16 – PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY AND FIGHT AGAINST COUNTERFEITING
ALFINTAGE commits to marketing exclusively authentic items and implements all reasonable due diligence to verify the authenticity of the products offered for sale.
The checks performed may include:
examination of labels, serial numbers, and markings;
verification of materials, seams, and finishes;
comparison with known characteristics of original models;
study of the provenance of items;
recourse, when necessary, to experts or specialized services.
Any item presenting doubts as to its authenticity is immediately withdrawn from sale.
ARTICLE 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF RECOURSE
ALFINTAGE's liability can only be engaged in case of proven fault and will, in any event, be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the product concerned.
The customer waives all recourse against ALFINTAGE for indirect, immaterial, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of operation, loss of income, loss of image, loss of opportunity, or any other commercial prejudice.
In the event of a third-party claim against the customer concerning the use of the product sold, the customer agrees to indemnify ALFINTAGE against any claim exceeding the amount of the order concerned, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of ALFINTAGE.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE (GCU)
Use of the ALFINTAGE website implies acceptance of these conditions.
The user agrees to:
not interfere with the proper functioning of the site;
provide accurate information when placing orders;
respect ALFINTAGE's intellectual property rights.
ALFINTAGE reserves the right to suspend access to the site or certain services in case of fraudulent use or use contrary to these conditions.
