We are disputing this chargeback as the order was successfully delivered and accepted by the customer.
The package was shipped via UPS and marked as delivered, with a signature confirmation obtained at the delivery address. The signed proof of delivery is attached.
Additionally, the customer provided identification prior to shipment, which matches the order details and recipient.
We have attempted to contact the customer regarding this matter, but have received no response.
Based on the above evidence, we confirm that the order was fulfilled correctly and received by the customer.
We kindly request that this chargeback be reversed.
